  1. How quickly will I see results?

    First qualified leads typically land in your CRM within 2-3 weeks of campaigns going live. That said, we don't judge results on week one. We measure over a 90-day window to stabilise cost per lead, conversion rates, and sales ROI. That gives us enough signal to confidently optimise budget and creative.

  2. What's the minimum commitment?

    The 90-Day Growth Scaler is a 3-month commitment at £3,000/m all-in (£1,500 retainer + £1,500 ad budget). The 6-Month Growth Programme is a 6-month commitment (£6,000/m all-in). We commit to a period because lead-gen needs runway. Meaningful results require time to test creative, optimise budgets, and let momentum compound.

  3. Can I run more than one technology?

    Yes, and the retainer never changes on either programme. What changes is the ad budget: each tech you run needs its own minimum funded on top. We don't split a single budget across techs (splitting £1,500 between Solar, ASHP and Air Con underfunds all three and produces no results; we wouldn't take that on). Our advice on the Scaler: pick one focus tech and fund it properly. The 6-Month covers all four technologies (Solar, ASHP, Air Con, Boilers) under the same £3,000 retainer.

  4. What are the minimum ad budgets?

    A single tech on its own starts at £1,500/m ad budget on the 90-Day Scaler and £3,000/m on the 6-Month Programme. In a multi-tech mix the per-tech floors are Solar £1,500 · Air Source £1,500 · Air Con £1,000 · Boilers £1,000. Budgets are additive, never split, so Solar + ASHP needs at least £3,000/m in ad spend on top of the retainer. Ad budget is paid directly to Meta / Google. It's your money. We just spend it well.

  5. Do you finance ad budgets?

    No. Ad budgets are always client-funded and paid direct to the platforms. This keeps transparency 100% on you. We actively manage, optimise, and scale those budgets daily on your behalf. Some clients start at the minimum and scale up once results are proven.

  6. What's actually included in the retainer?

    The full growth engine: campaign build + daily optimisation across Meta and Google, offer strategy + copywriting + ad creative (static and video), audience research, retargeting funnels, CRM automation, weekly performance dashboards, and direct access to our 12-person team across ads, video, CRM, and strategy. The 6-Month adds a dedicated appointment setter, bi-weekly sales training, a Founder / Co-Founder as your dedicated account manager AND a dedicated Installer Growth Manager, finance + wholesale partner intros, and 10 other unlocks.

  7. What happens if the ads underperform?

    We address it openly. If lead flow is below target, we review the offer + creative angles, optimise targeting + budgets, and if needed pause underperforming channels to protect ROI. Around day 75 of the Scaler we run a 4-question assessment together (performance, cashflow, capacity, appetite); if it's not working, we say so. We don't auto-rollover anyone into a longer commitment that won't make them money.

  8. What happens after the 90-Day Scaler ends?

    Around day 75 we sit down and review the four questions above. If all four are green, you graduate to the 6-Month Programme with a small upgrade discount (continuing-client onboarding bonus). If they're not, we part on good terms. No auto-renewal, no awkward conversations. The Scaler is designed as a proper proving period, not a sales funnel into a longer contract.
